Appetizer service at The Exchange on Vine is intentionally curated rather than à la
carte, allowing guests to mingle, graze, and settle into the space.
Most couples select 4–5 appetizer offerings in advance, with guidance from our team to
ensure a balanced mix of shared, hot, and cold items. Options range from breads and spreads
and Midwest classics to more composed, chef-driven bites.
Appetizer service is designed for a smooth cocktail hour and pairs naturally with bar service,
creating a relaxed and social start to the celebration.
