The Exchange is the perfect venue to host your craft show, open house or specialty event.
Our 4,800 square foot Ballroom can comfortably seat 362 guests if seated for dining, but more than 500 standing. The Ballroom is temperature controlled, and the in-house sound system and mics are ready to be used by you or your favorite DJ.
47 wooden farmhouse tables and 362 black-cross back chairs are provided. Constructed with electrical needs in mind for multiple vendors, The Exchange boasts a generous amount of outlets along every wall.
Attendees and vendors alike will enjoy plentiful parking, and both indoor and outdoor space. The Veranda allows your event to flow smoothly from inside to out, with plenty of room for food trucks and other vendors alike.
Bar and bar staff included, if your event calls for it, and clean up is done by us!
