Plated Dinner Experience
A bespoke menu tailored just for you
For couples looking for a more tailored dining experience, we offer a limited number of plated
dinners each season. This option is designed for events where pacing, presentation, and
guest experience are the priority.
Unlike our family-style menus, plated dinners at The Exchange on Vine are fully customized
and developed collaboratively with our culinary team. There is no fixed menu — instead, we
build your dinner around your preferences, seasonality, and the flow of your event.
What Makes Our Plated Service Different
- Custom menu development
Your menu is created specifically for your event — not selected from a preset list. - Intentional pacing & presentation
Courses are timed, plated, and served to ensure consistency across the room. - Seasonal, chef-driven approach
Menus reflect the time of year, available ingredients, and the style of service best suited for your guest count. - Limited availability
Plated dinners are offered selectively to ensure the highest level of execution and service.
What to Expect
Plated dinners typically include:
- A plated salad or first course
- A composed entrée with thoughtfully paired sides
- Optional additional courses or enhancements
Final menus, pricing, and service details are confirmed well in advance and are quoted based
on scope, guest count, and staffing requirements.
Is a Plated Dinner Right for You?
Plated service is best suited for couples who:
- Value a structured, restaurant-style dining experience
- Prefer a more formal flow to the evening
- Are comfortable with advance planning and menu finalization
